If you find the same item advertised for less at another Australian retailer, we'll match the total price including their shipping cost. And if you've already placed your order, you have 24 hours to claim it and we'll refund the difference.
How to request a price match:
- Email support@rivercityfurniture.com.au with a screenshot or link to the competitor's listing
- Include your postcode in the subject line
- We'll verify the item and get back to you promptly — if approved, we'll match the price or refund the difference on an existing order
What we match: The total advertised price plus shipping, from Australian retailers selling the identical item new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase.
What we don't match:
- Clearance, ex-display, factory seconds, or refurbished items
- Marketplace or auction listings (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
- Overseas retailers
- Trade, bulk, membership, or other non-public pricing
- Cashback promotions or discount codes
- Prices that appear to be errors or are significantly below RRP
